“Forever grateful for Karla! I didn’t know it was possible to reach the low that I reached late last year and I truly thought I was going to be stuck in immense panic, fear and anxiety.  I’ve suffered from Anxiety for 20+ years and always approached it with the same, “it is what it is” mindset, even though I had no idea what it actually was or WHY it was happening to me.
